Mode of Action	Fomesafen is a selective contact herbicide that can be used both before and after emergence of soybeans. It can be absorbed by the stems, leaves and roots of weeds, destroying the photosynthesis of weeds, causing the leaves of weeds to turn yellow or have burning spots, and quickly wither and die. Rainfall 4-6 hours after spraying does not affect the weeding effect. The medicinal liquid on the remaining leaves is washed into the soil by rain or sprayed into the soil, which will be absorbed by the weeds and kill the weeds.

Application

Fomesafen is a selective contact herbicide. After the roots, stems and leaves of weeds absorb the liquid, the leaves will turn yellow, and then quickly wither and die. It is often used before and after soybean emergence.
Fomesafen can control broadleaf weeds such as amaranth, amaranth, three-leaf ghostweed, and rape split-leaf morning glory in soybean and peanut fields. However, it cannot be used on corn and sorghum, as these crops are sensitive to fomesafen.
Fomesafen has a long duration in the soil. If the dosage is too large, it is easy to cause different degrees of phytotoxicity to sensitive crops such as cabbage, millet, sorghum, sugar beet, corn, millet, and flax planted in the second year. When using it, you need to strictly control the dosage and choose crops that are safe for subsequent crops.
