How to use fluazinam?

Protective fungicides are popular among farmers because they can prevent and treat a wide range of diseases and can prevent the invasion of pathogens without the need to identify pests and diseases. They have been widely used in agricultural production. Today, I will introduce you to an excellent protective fungicide, which not only has a wide range of fungicides and a long lasting effect, but also makes it difficult for pathogens to develop drug resistance.

Downy mildew

This fungicide is fluazinam, which mainly inhibits the infection process of pathogens at all stages by inhibiting spore germination, hyphae breakthrough, growth and spore formation. To achieve the purpose of preventing diseases.

Because the agent has a unique structure, no cross-resistance with other agents, low toxicity, a wide range of disease prevention, extremely resistant to rain erosion, and a long lasting effect, it has become the best protective fungicide at present. It has a good protective effect on more than 200 diseases caused by Alternaria, Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora, Monoaxula, Sclerotinia and Venturia. It is especially effective against gray mold, which is the most difficult to prevent and eradicate.

Main features

(1) Wide range of control: Fluazinam can effectively control a variety of diseases such as downy mildew, gray mold, sclerotinia, anthracnose, scab, black spot, early blight, blight, late blight, sclerotinia, tuber rot, clubroot and gray mold. It can also effectively prevent damping-off, damping-off and root rot when used for soil treatment. It is especially effective against late blight and gray mold, which are the most difficult to control and eradicate.

(2) Long lasting effect: Fluazinam belongs to the heterocyclic fungicide class. After spraying, it can form a protective film on the surface of stems and leaves to prevent the invasion of pathogens. It has good resistance to rain erosion. The lasting effect of foliar spraying can reach more than 14 days. It can be adsorbed by soil particles in the soil. When used for soil treatment, the lasting effect can reach more than 30 days, which can better protect the roots of seedlings from infection by pathogens. It can greatly reduce the number of times the drug is used.

(3) No cross-resistance: Fluazinam is a heterocyclic fungicide with a unique fungicide mechanism. It has no cross-resistance with almost all current fungicides. It is an excellent protective fungicide and can be used more than 10 times in a growing season.

(4) Acaricidal activity: Fluazinam also has acaricidal activity, killing adult mites, nymphs and eggs. It is especially effective in preventing the occurrence of diseases and the harm of red spider mites when used on citrus, apples, peaches and other fruit trees, achieving the purpose of multiple uses of one drug.

(5) Convenient to use: Fluazinam can be used not only for foliar spraying, but also for soil treatment. When raising seedlings, soil treatment can effectively prevent the occurrence of damping-off and damping-off.

Applicable crops

Fluazinam is sensitive to melons. Therefore, it can be used on most crops, vegetables, Chinese herbal medicines, flowers, etc. except melons.

Control target

It can effectively control downy mildew, late blight, blight, early blight, anthracnose, black spot, sclerotinia, damping-off, sudden wilt, gray mold, scab, root rot, clubroot, phytophthora, and most other diseases. It can also effectively control apple red spider mites, two-spotted spider mites, cinnabar spider mites, tarsoneme mites and other pests.

Precautions

Contraindications: 1. Be careful when mixing with other agents. It should not be mixed with strong acid and strong alkali agents; it should not be mixed with organophosphorus pesticides such as chlorpyrifos and triazophos; it should not be mixed with foliar fertilizers, silicone, emulsifiable concentrates and other adjuvants. After mixing with these types of agents, it may cause pesticide damage.

For example, after fluazinam is mixed with silicone, ring spots appear on citrus fruits:

2. Do not use drugs for sensitive crops and during the sensitive period of crops.

(1) Melons and grapes are sensitive to fluazinam. Using fluazinam on melons is more likely to cause pesticide damage. In addition, although it is registered for many crops, such as citrus, peppers, potatoes, etc., if it is used at a high concentration or under high temperature conditions on registered crops, it is also easy to cause pesticide damage.

(2) Use with caution in the seedling stage of crops. Seedling crops are relatively tender, and it is easy to cause pesticide damage if the concentration is not properly controlled.

3. Pay attention to avoid high temperatures when using. Everyone must avoid using fluazinam in hot weather, as high temperatures will greatly increase the risk of pesticide damage. (Generally, the temperature suitable for spraying is around 25 degrees. In summer, the main application time is before 9 am or after 5 pm, avoiding high temperatures or strong light)

4. Do not spray in a closed environment. It is best not to spray in a closed environment such as a greenhouse or plastic facility. (Because some people are more sensitive to pesticides, it is unsafe to use in a closed environment)

Before use, special attention should be paid to:

1. Read the instructions carefully. Before use, be sure to read the instructions carefully and read the precautions for use of the pesticide.

2. Before mixing, do a test before using it on a large scale. When mixing with other conventional pesticides (except emulsifiable concentrates, organophosphorus, organosilicon and foliar fertilizers, etc.), it is best to do a test before using it on a large scale. (Do a mixing test before using it on a large scale)

3. It is best not to use it beyond the scope. For safety reasons, it is best to use it only on registered diseases of registered crops (such as potato late blight, pepper blight, apple brown spot, cabbage clubroot, etc.). Try not to use it beyond the scope to avoid unnecessary trouble.

4. According to the target of prevention and control, grasp the best prevention and control time.

(1) If it is used to prevent red spider mites, it is better to apply the pesticide when the red spider mites are in the peak egg hatching period and at a young age.

(2) If it is used for sterilization, it should be used before the disease occurs or in the early stage of the disease, so that it can better play its protective role.

In addition, if you are not sure whether you can use this drug well, it is best to choose its alternative. (Select the appropriate agent according to the specific object of prevention and control, for example, potato late blight can be replaced by cymoxanil, fluazifop-carb, etc.)

For unstable drugs like this, we remind everyone to use them with caution. It is recommended to use them under the guidance of professional technicians and not to use them at will!
