Dazomet is a highly efficient, low-toxicity, and residue-free eco-friendly broad-spectrum comprehensive soil fumigant and disinfectant. When applied to moist soil, it decomposes into toxic methyl isothiocyanate, formaldehyde, and hydrogen sulfide. These gases rapidly diffuse between soil particles, effectively eliminating various soil-borne nematodes, pathogens, underground pests, and germinating weed seeds, thereby achieving a clean and sterilized soil environment.

Precautions

1.Before application, read the product instructions carefully and operate strictly in accordance with the user manual. Adhere rigorously to safe pesticide handling protocols: wear single-layer (or double-layer) protective clothing, chemical-resistant gloves, and a KN90 (or KN95, KN100) grade respirator mask; use an integrated subsoiling and injection machine for soil application. Do not eat or drink during application. Wash hands, face, and exposed skin thoroughly immediately after the operation is complete.

2.If any leakage is detected, collect and concentrate the spilled chemical into secure containers. Any unused pesticide must be gathered, properly disposed of, or stored in a unified, secure manner.

3.This product is a soil disinfectant/fumigant and must NOT be mixed with water for foliar spraying on any crop.

4.To prevent secondary contamination of the treated soil by nematodes and pathogens, base fertilizers must be incorporated before chemical application. Additionally, avoid bringing unsterilized soil or debris from outside the greenhouse via footwear, clothing, or farm tools, which could trigger re-infection.

5.Prohibited for use in bird sanctuaries and avian protection zones.

6.Pesticide packaging waste must not be discarded carelessly or disposed of privately; it should be returned promptly to a designated pesticide packaging waste recycling station. Do not clean application equipment in rivers, ponds, or other water bodies. Any leftover pesticide after application must not be dumped at random.
