Buprofezin can effectively control Cicadidae and Planthoppers on rice; Cicadidae on potatoes; Whitefly on citrus, cotton, and vegetables; Coccidae, Shield Scale, and Mealycodidae on citrus.

Buprofezin is a selective insecticide that inhibits the growth and development of insects. It has a strong contact effect on pests and also has a stomach poison effect.
