Product features
① Carbendazim is one of the most commonly used fungicide varieties. In addition to being used as a spray, carbendazim can also be used for seed dressing and root irrigation. It has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on a variety of fungal diseases, especially soil-borne diseases such as wilt and Verticillium wilt, and has a stimulating effect on the growth of vegetables. If used improperly for a long time, it is easy to induce pathogens to develop drug resistance.
② Carbendazim penetrates into the plant body through plant leaves and seeds, is resistant to rain erosion, and has a long lasting effect. Its conduction and distribution in the plant body are related to the transpiration of the plant. Strong transpiration leads to fast conduction and distribution; weak transpiration leads to slow conduction and distribution; in parts with strong transpiration, such as leaves, the amount of the agent distributed is large; in organs with weak transpiration, such as flowers and fruits, the amount of the agent distributed is small. Under acidic conditions, the water solubility of carbendazim can be increased, and the penetration and conduction capacity of the agent can be improved. After acidification, the mobility of carbendazim through the cuticle on the surface of the plant increases by 4 times compared to when it is not acidified.
③ Carbendazim is often mixed with sulfur powder, triadimefon, tricyclazole, mancozeb, Jinggangmycin, pyrimethanil, flusilazole, procymidone, fosetyl-aluminum, ethotripsy, isoprodinil, bromothionil, tebuconazole, propineb, copper sulfate calcium, thiram, prochloraz, metalaxyl, diniconazole and other fungicide ingredients to produce compound fungicides.
④ Key points for identification: The pure product is white crystals. It is almost insoluble in water, has poor solubility in most organic solvents, is soluble in dilute inorganic and organic acids, and forms corresponding salts. The original drug is a light brown powder and can be stored for two years at room temperature. The wettable powder is a brown loose powder, and the 40% suspension is a light brown viscous and flowable suspension. Check the "three certificates" of pesticides when purchasing; the product should obtain a pesticide production approval certificate.
Application in vegetable production
It is mainly used to prevent and control common gray mold, powdery mildew, sclerotinia, black spot, damping-off, anthracnose, leaf mold, wilt, verticillium wilt and most leaf spot diseases on vegetables. In addition to conventional spraying, it can also be used for root irrigation, smearing, soaking, seed mixing, soil disinfection and smoke release.
① Spray: To prevent and control melon powdery mildew, tomato early blight, bean anthracnose, and rapeseed sclerotinia, use 100-200 grams of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per mu, spray with water, spray at the early stage of the disease, spray twice, with an interval of 5-7 days.
To prevent and control gray mold of green onions and leeks, spray with 300 times diluted 50% carbendazim wettable powder.
To prevent and control eggplant and cucumber sclerotinia, melon and bean anthracnose, and pea powdery mildew, spray with 500 times diluted 50% carbendazim wettable powder.
To prevent and control cruciferous vegetables, tomatoes, lettuce, kidney beans sclerotinia, tomatoes, cucumbers, kidney beans gray mold, use 50% carbendazim wettable powder 600-800 times liquid spray.
To prevent and control cruciferous vegetables white spot disease, cowpea sooty mold disease, celery early blight (spot disease), use 50% carbendazim wettable powder 700-800 times liquid spray.
The above sprays are all used for the first time at the beginning of the disease, spray once every 7-10 days, and spray continuously for 2-3 times.
② Root irrigation: 500 times liquid of 50% carbendazim wettable powder can be used for root irrigation at the beginning of the disease, 0.25-0.5 kg of liquid per plant, irrigate once every 7-10 days, and irrigate 3-5 times in a row. Before planting, 3-5 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder is mixed with 40-60 kg of fine soil per mu and applied by spreading, furrow application or hole application. You can also cover the soil with medicine when sowing, or use 500 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder to irrigate the planting holes, with 0.25 kg of liquid per hole, which can prevent and control soil-borne diseases and seedling diseases (including black root disease or brown rot of cruciferous vegetables).
To prevent and control cucumber and tomato wilt, eggplant wilt, use 50% carbendazim wettable powder 500 times liquid to irrigate the roots, with 0.3-0.5 kg of medicine per plant. For severely affected plots, irrigate again after 10 days.
③ Seed dressing: Before sowing, mix seeds with 0.2% to 0.3% of the seed weight of 50% carbendazim wettable powder or soak seeds with 500 times of 50% wettable powder for 20 minutes and then wash with clean water to germinate to prevent and control seedling diseases and seed-borne diseases.
To prevent and control tomato wilt, mix seeds at 0.3% to 0.5% of the seed weight.
To prevent and control bean wilt, mix seeds at 0.5% of the seed weight, or soak seeds with 60 to 120 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder for 12 to 24 hours.
To prevent and control seedling damping-off and sudden wilt, use 1 part of 50% carbendazim wettable powder and evenly mix it with 1000 to 1500 parts of semi-dry fine soil. When sowing, spread the medicated soil into the sowing furrow and cover it with soil. Use 10 to 15 kg of medicated soil per square meter.
④ Seed soaking: To prevent and control ginger wilt, use 300-500 times diluted 50% carbendazim wettable powder, soak ginger seeds for 1-2 hours, remove and mix with wood ash before planting.
To prevent potato wilt Rhizoctonia solani, use 500 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder, soak seed potatoes for 10 minutes.
To prevent black spot of cucumber, zucchini, melon, etc., use 500 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder, soak seeds for 20 minutes.
To prevent black spot, gray spot, and taro wilt of winter melon and winter melon, use 500 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder, soak seeds for 30 minutes.
To prevent and control wilt of winter melon and wax gourd, yellow wilt of eggplant and tomato, anthracnose of sweet (hot) pepper, yellow wilt of potato (early death disease), brown streak and wilt of eggplant, use 500 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder and soak the seeds for 1 hour.
To prevent and control smut of arrowhead, use 800 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder and soak the arrowhead bulbs for 1 to 3 hours.
To prevent and control wilt of watermelon, use 1000 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder (liquid temperature is 50-60℃) and soak the seeds for 30-40 minutes.
To prevent and control gray mold and stem blight of water chestnut, use 250 times of 25% carbendazim wettable powder, soak the water chestnut bulbs for 18-24 hours, sow and raise seedlings as usual, and soak the shepherd's purse seedlings for 18 hours before transplanting.
To prevent and control the blue mold of pumpkin during storage, use 500-1000 times of 40% carbendazim suspension and soak the fruit after harvesting.
To prevent and control cucumber black spot, black spot, wilt and root rot, mix 800 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder and 800 times of 50% isoprodinil wettable powder and soak the seeds for 60 minutes.
⑤ Soil treatment: To prevent and control rapeseed brown rot, use 8 grams of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per square meter of seedbed, mix with 800-1600 grams of dry fine soil to make medicinal soil. After sowing rapeseed, cover the seeds with medicinal soil.
To prevent and control cucumber and pumpkin wilt, use 8 grams of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per square meter of seedbed to treat the bed surface.
To prevent and control tomato brown root rot. Use 8-10g of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per square meter of seedbed, mix it with 4-5kg of dry fine soil to make medicated soil, and sprinkle 1/3 of the medicated soil on the surface of the ridge after watering it thoroughly. After sowing, cover the seeds with the remaining 2/3 of the medicated soil.
To prevent and control eggplant brown streak disease, red star disease, and sweet (spicy) pepper root rot, use 10g of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per square meter of seedbed, mix it with 2kg of fine soil to make medicated soil, and sprinkle 1/3 of the medicated soil on the surface of the ridge after watering it thoroughly. After sowing, cover the seeds with the remaining 2/3 of the medicated soil.
To prevent and control wilt of winter melon and winter melon, use 10g of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per square meter of seedbed to treat the surface of the ridge, and then sow.
To prevent and control root rot of vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, and beans, spray the seedling bed with 400 times the dilution of 50% carbendazim wettable powder.
To prevent and control white rot in tomato seedlings, spray the seedling bed with 500 times the dilution of 50% carbendazim wettable powder at the early stage of the disease, and spray again after 7 days.
To prevent and control aspergillus disease in zucchini, mix 1 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder with 50 kg of dry fine soil to make medicinal soil, and spread the medicinal soil on the roots of the plants.
To prevent and control root rot of kidney beans, wilt of broad beans, root rot, and stem base rot, use 1.5 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per mu, mix it with 75 kg of dry fine soil, make medicinal soil, and spread the medicinal soil on the roots of the plants. Or apply the medicinal soil in holes (ditches) to prevent and control root rot of cowpeas.
To prevent and control wilt of winter melon and winter melon, use 3.5 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per mu, mix it with an appropriate amount of fine soil, make medicated soil, and apply the medicated soil in holes before planting.
To prevent and control Verticillium wilt of tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes, and broad beans, use 2 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per mu to treat the soil before planting.
To prevent and control eggplant sclerotinia, use 4-5 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per mu, mix it with an appropriate amount of fine soil, spread it on the ridge surface, and rake it into the soil.
To prevent and control watermelon wilt, add 1 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder to 200 kg of fine soil and nutrient soil, mix well, and spread on the seedbed or planting hole, or mix 1 kg of 50% carbendazim wettable powder with 25-30 kg of fine soil (or crushed cake fertilizer), spread it in the range of 0.11 square meters around the planting hole, mix it with the soil, and sow it after 2-3 days.
⑥ Apply: To prevent and control cucumber vine blight, apply 20-100 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder to the diseased parts on the stems and vines.
⑦ Storage pit sterilization: To prevent and control pumpkin storage penicillium, spray 200-400 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder in the pit before storage.
To prevent and control tomato storage penicillium fruit rot, spray 300 times of 50% carbendazim wettable powder in the pit before storage.
