Pests such as aphids, whiteflies, whiteflies, and rice planthoppers have the characteristics of wide occurrence, fast reproduction, long-term harm, and great difficulty in prevention and control. Today, I will introduce to you a very excellent insecticide formula that is specifically used to treat aphids, planthoppers, whiteflies and other piercing-sucking pests. The effective period can reach 40 days. This formula is pymetrozine·dinotefuran.

1. Formula introduction
Pymetrozine·dinotefuran is an insecticide compounded from pymetrozine and dinotefuran, two insecticides with completely different mechanisms of action. The pymetrozine in the formula is a pyridine insecticide. Once aphids, whiteflies, planthoppers and other piercing-sucking pests come into contact with pymetrozine, their mouth needles will be blocked almost immediately and they will stop feeding immediately. Within 3 hours, the feeding activity of aphids will be reduced by about 90%, and within 48 hours, the mortality rate can be close to 100%. Therefore, pymetrozine has excellent function of blocking pest transmission.
The dinotefuran in the formula is a third-generation nicotine insecticide. It has no cross-resistance with other nicotine insecticides, has contact and stomach poisoning effects, and at the same time, it also has good systemicity, high rapidity, high activity, long lasting effect, and a wide insecticide spectrum. It has excellent preventive effect on piercing-sucking mouthpart pests, especially on rice planthoppers, whiteflies, whiteflies and other pests that have developed resistance to imidacloprid. The insecticidal activity is 8 times that of the second-generation nicotine insecticides and 80 times that of the first-generation nicotine insecticides.
It can be widely used in wheat, corn, cotton, rice, peanuts, soybeans, cucumbers, watermelons, melons, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, beans, potatoes, apples, grapes, pears and other crops.
2. Advantages of the formula
The combination of pymetrozine and dinotefuran has a significant synergistic effect, which makes up for the shortcomings of each single agent. It has multiple insecticide methods such as contact killing, stomach poison and good systemic conduction activity, high conduction, strong systemic absorption, and insecticide across leaf layers, which expands the insecticide range and improves the rapid effect. It perfectly combines rapid effect with long-term effect.
The first peak of dead insects appears 10 to 15 hours after application, and the second peak of complete dead insects appears 3 to 4 days after application. The longest effective period can reach 40 days. It is the first choice for the prevention and control of resistant piercing-sucking pests.

3. Usage
(1) To control rice leafhoppers, use 8-11g of 70% pymetrozine·dinotefuran water dispersible granules per mu each time during the peak egg hatching period or the peak period of low-age nymphs, add 30kg of water, and spray evenly, especially focusing on the lower part of the rice bush. A shallow layer of water in the field will have a better control effect on rice leafhoppers.
(2) To control pests such as whiteflies and tobacco whiteflies on vegetables such as cucumbers and tomatoes, use 10-18g of 60% pymetrozine·dinotefuran water dispersible granules per mu each time at the early stage of pest occurrence, add 30kg of water and spray evenly, the pests can be killed on the same day, and the effective period can reach more than 28 days.
(3) To control aphids on crops such as corn and cabbage, use 70% pymetrozine·dinotefuran water-dispersible granules at the early stage of aphid infestation, 8-10 g/mu, dilute with 30 kg of water and spray evenly. This can kill aphids on the same day and the effect can last for about 40 days.
