Every year, sucking pests such as aphids, thrips, and plant lice enter their peak period. These pests have the characteristics of fast reproduction, easy outbreaks, strong resistance to pesticides, etc., and pesticides are updated very quickly. Today, I would like to recommend to you a pesticide to control sucking pests - Flonicamid. This pesticide is another new pesticide launched after imidacloprid, acetamiprid and pymetrozine.

1. Insecticide mechanism
Flonicamid is a new low-toxicity pyridinamide insect growth regulator insecticide. When aphids and other pests with piercing-sucking mouthparts feed and inhale plant sap containing flonicamid, they are prevented from sucking sap after a few minutes, and the stylet cannot be inserted into the plant tissue. Within an hour, no excrement appeared at all, and he eventually died of starvation.
2. Main features
Flonicamid is a new type of pyridine amide insecticide. In addition to its contact and stomach poisoning effects, it also has good nerve agent effects, good penetration and rapid antifeedant effects.
It can be absorbed through the roots and quickly penetrates into the stems and leaves, playing the role of killing. After the pests ingest the pesticide, they are quickly prevented from sucking juice and quickly stop sucking, so that the stylet tissue of sucking pests such as aphids cannot penetrate into plant tissue and cause death.
Moreover, flonicamid has no cross-resistance with imidacloprid, acetamiprid, pymetrozine and other chemicals currently widely used in production, and its insecticidal effect is very excellent.
3. Applicable crops
Flonicamid can be used on apples, pears, peaches, plums, strawberries, cucumbers, melons, watermelons, gourds, cabbage, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes, mustard greens, spinach, lettuce, beans, celery, wheat, corn, cotton, citrus, Sunflowers, tea, ornamental plants and other crops.

4. Prevention and control objects
Mainly used to control various types of aphids, greenhouse whitefly, whitefly, tea green leafhopper, brown planthopper, various types of thrips and other pests.
5. How to use
(1) To control various types of aphids, in the early stages of occurrence, use 30 to 50 grams of 10% flonicamid water-dispersible granules per acre, mixed with 30 to 50 kilograms of water, and spray evenly. In order to achieve the ideal control effect, spray again after 7 days to effectively control the continued damage and spread of aphids. You can also use 50% fluridine·pymetrozine water-dispersible granules 15-20 g/mu, mix it with water and spray it for better quick effect.
(2) To prevent and control rice planthoppers and brown planthoppers, pesticides can be used during the peak period of the young nymphs of rice planthoppers. Use 70 to 90 grams of 53% fluridine·isoprocarb wettable powder per acre, mix with water and spray, focusing on spraying evenly and thoroughly to the middle and lower parts of the rice and the front and back of the leaves. The prevention and control effect is more prominent.
(3) To control thrips, apply pesticides during the onset period of young nymphs of the pest, and choose after 4 pm. Spraying 7 to 8 grams of 50% flufluridin·acetamiprid water-dispersible granules per acre mixed with 30 kilograms of water can quickly control the spread of thrips.
