Lambda-Cyhalothrin is also called cyhalothrin and cyhalothrin. Its medicinal properties inhibit the conduction of insect nerve axons and have the effects of avoiding, knocking down and poisoning insects. It has a broad insecticidal spectrum, high activity, rapid efficacy, and is resistant to rain erosion after spraying. However, it is easy to develop resistance to it after long-term use. It has a certain control effect on pests and mites with sucking mouthparts. The mechanism of action is the same as fenvalerate and cyfluthrin. The difference is that it has a better inhibitory effect on mites. When used in the early stages of mite occurrence, it can inhibit the increase in the number of mites. When mites have occurred in large numbers, their numbers cannot be controlled, so they can only be used to treat both insects and mites, and special acaricides cannot be used.

Preparations include 2.5%, 2.7%, 5%, 25g/L microemulsion, 5%, 10%, 25g/L, 2.5% water emulsion, 50g/L, 5%, 2.5%, 25g/L emulsifiable concentrate , 25%, 10%, 2.5% wettable powder. Generally, 0.8-2 grams of active ingredient per mu is used, or a spray of 6-10 ml/liter concentration liquid is used.
(1) Lambda-Cyhalothrin treats cottonworm
For cotton seedling stage aphids, use 10 to 20 ml of 2.5% EC per mu, 25-35 ml for aphids, and 40-60 ml for cotton bollworm, pink bollworm, corn borer, diamond, etc., and spray with water. At the same time, it can simultaneously control cotton mites, leaf rollers, cotton weevils, and cotton bugs, and can control the number of cotton spider mites from increasing rapidly. However, cotton aphids and cotton bollworms that have developed high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides are not effective.
(2) Lambda-Cyhalothrin controls vegetable pests
For vegetable aphids, use 5-10 ml of 10% water emulsion, 20-40 ml of 2.5% water emulsion, 20-30 g of 2.5% wettable powder or 10-20 ml of 2.5% EC. For rapeseed caterpillars, use 5-10 ml of 10% water emulsion, 20-30 ml of 25 g/L water emulsion, 20-30 ml of 4.5% microemulsion, 7.5-10 g of 10% wettable powder, or 15-25 ml of 2.5% EC. Use 30-40 ml of 2.5% EC for Huang Shou Gua Mu. For diamondback moth (non-resistant species), Spodoptera exigua, Spodoptera exigua, cabbage armyworm, tobacco caterpillar, rapeseed borer, etc., use 40 to 60 ml of 2.5% EC and spray with water.
For greenhouse whiteflies, spray with 2.5% EC 1000-1500 times.
Spraying 1000-2000 times of 2.5% EC on tomato spider mites and capsicum mites can have a certain inhibitory effect, but the duration of effect is short and the insect population rebounds quickly after treatment.

(3) Lambda-Cyhalothrin treats fruit worms
Use 2.5% EC 4000-5000 times to spray various aphids on fruit trees.
To control citrus leafminer, spray with 2.5% EC 2000-4000 times during the initial blooming period or egg hatching period. This can control orange aphids and other leaf-eating pests; spray again every 10 days. To control scale insects, spray 2.5% EC 1000-2000 times during the 1st to 2nd instar nymph stage.
To control codling moth, leaf roller, bag moth, pear heartworm, peach heartworm, peach borer, etc., spray with 5% water emulsion 6000-8000 times or 2.5% emulsifiable concentrate 2000-3000 times.
To control spider mites and rust mites on fruit trees, the use of low-concentration liquid sprays can only prevent their occurrence from increasing rapidly. Use 1500-2000 times liquid spray of 2.5% EC. The efficacy period is about 7 days on adult mites and nymphal mites, but it is ineffective on eggs. It should be mixed with acaricides for better control effect.
(4) Lambda-Cyhalothrin treats tea loopers, tea caterpillars, thorn moths, tea fine moths, tea aphids, etc.
Spray with 2.5% emulsifiable concentrate 4000-6000 times. For tea green leafhoppers, use 15-20 ml of 10% water emulsion per mu in the nymph stage and spray with water, or spray with 2.5% water emulsion or 2.5% EC 3000-4000 times. For tea orange gall mites and leaf gall mites, spray 1,000-1,500 times the liquid at the initial stage of the mites.

(5) Lambda Cyhalothrin controls wheat field aphids
Use 10-15 grams of 10% wettable powder or 15-20 ml of 2.5% EC per mu; use 20-30 ml of 2.5% EC per mu and spray with water.
(6) Lambda Cyhalothrin treats soybean heartworm, bean pod borer, and field bean borer
During the flowering stage of soybeans and before the larvae eat the pods, use 20-30 ml of 2.5% EC per mu and spray it with water. To control pests such as bridge-building insects, bean hornworms, and bean weeds, use 40-60 ml of 2.5% EC per mu and spray with water.
To control rapeseed aphids, cabbage armyworm and cabbage borer, spray with 3000-4000 times of 2.5% EC, and spray 30-50kg of liquid per mu.
To control safflower aphids, use 15-20 ml of 2.5% EC per mu and spray 20-30 kg of water.
(7) Lambda Cyhalothrin controls tobacco aphids
Use 30-40 ml of 2.5% emulsifiable concentrate and spray it with water.
Precautions:
1. Lambda Cyhalothrin cannot be mixed with alkaline pesticides to avoid decomposition and failure.
2. For pests that are resistant to pyrethroid pesticides, the concentration of the pesticide solution should be appropriately increased.
3. Pay attention to the crop safety interval of 7 days for leafy vegetables, 5 days for tomatoes, 30 days for apples, 15 days for citrus and peaches, and 15 days for tea.
