A Malaysian Customer Ordered 750kg Of Acetamiprid 70% WDG.

The antidote to aphid infestations

Aphids are sweeping across farmlands and gardens like a green plague. These seemingly fragile insects are incredibly prolific-a single female aphid can produce millions of offspring in just 30 days under favorable conditions. They use their piercing-sucking mouthparts to penetrate tender plant shoots, sucking sap, causing leaf curling and withering. They also secrete honeydew, which can cause sooty mold and, more ominously, spread over 50 plant diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus. While traditional pesticides often require repeated spraying, Acetamiprid 70% WDG eliminates this requirement.

Acetamiprid

A scientifically formulated triple protection mechanism

Acetamiprid is a neonicotinoid insecticide whose molecular structure mimics the way nicotine attacks the insect nervous system. Upon contact with the aphid's body, the pesticide rapidly penetrates the cuticle and binds to acetylcholine receptors on the insect's nerve synapses, continuously activating neural signaling. Unlike the instantaneous paralysis of conventional contact pesticides, this pesticide triggers an overload of the pest's nervous system, causing it to die in excitatory spasms.

The entire process takes only 2-4 hours. Even more remarkable is its systemic transmission properties: the pesticide is absorbed by plant roots and leaves, forming a protective network within the plant through transpiration, providing protection to new tissues for up to 14 days.

The formulation design of water-dispersible granules (WDG) is a true achievement in agricultural technology. Compared to emulsifiable concentrates and wettable powders, it contains no organic solvents and produces no pungent odor. A specialized granulation process allows the granules to completely disintegrate within 30 seconds upon contact with water, resulting in a suspension solution with over 90% suspension. This means spray nozzles will not clog during application, and the solution evenly covers both the front and back of leaves. This "three-dimensional coverage" is particularly devastating to aphids, which tend to inhabit the undersides of leaves.

Smart Solutions for Modern Farmers

This system offers flexible adjustments to suit different crop characteristics: For wheat ear aphid control, it's recommended to apply the pesticide seven days before flowering, focusing on the ear area. For fruit trees like peaches, it's important to use a top-down, "drench" spraying method during the critical spring shoot growth period.

It's important to note that since aphids can easily develop pesticide resistance, it's best to rotate the spray with pesticides with different mechanisms of action, such as imidacloprid, limiting the number of applications to two per year.

During persistent rainy weather, its resistance to rainwater washout comes in handy. The polymer film-forming agent in the pesticide forms a breathable protective layer on the leaves. Experimental results show that even with moderate rain two hours after application, the control efficacy remains above 75%.

For home gardening enthusiasts, use 0.2 grams of the pesticide in a 500ml sprayer to treat balcony roses, avoiding peak flowering. For storage, simply store in a cool, dry place. The active ingredient decomposition rate should not exceed 5% within three years.

Quality Assurance from the Lab to the Field

This product utilizes a pharmaceutical-grade purification process, resulting in a 98.5% purity level for acetamiprid technical, significantly exceeding the industry standard of 95%. Each batch undergoes HPLC testing to ensure impurity levels are below 0.3%. The water-dispersible granules' unique triad of "disintegration, suspension, and penetration" properties are monitored by an ISO-certified laser particle size analyzer, ensuring 90% of particles are within the 3-5 micron range.

This meticulous control ensures the liquid penetrates deeply into the waxy crevices of the aphid's body wall, increasing its contact area by more than three times compared to conventional formulations.

The packaging design is also ingenious: an aluminum foil composite bag with heat-sealed technology effectively blocks moisture penetration. Each 50g bag is just enough for one mu of land, preventing moisture and clumping after opening. The detailed bilingual Chinese and English instructions not only indicate the safe interval for crops but also include a QR code linking to the Ministry of Agriculture registration information. Scan the code to access the full toxicology report and residue test data.

Special Reminder: Golden Rules for Scientific Use

Although this pesticide is relatively low in toxicity, basic protective measures should still be observed: wear gloves and a mask when applying the pesticide, avoid working against wind, and wash exposed skin promptly after application. Mixing with alkaline pesticides (such as Bordeaux mixture) is not recommended, but it can be mixed with most fungicides.

For pollinators such as bees, it is recommended to apply the pesticide in the evening, avoiding flower-visiting periods. If the pesticide powder accidentally comes into contact with the flowers during home use, immediately rinse with soapy water for 15 minutes.
