Thiocyclam is suitable for controlling various Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, and Homoptera pests on crops such as rice, corn, vegetables, and fruit trees. However, some varieties of cotton, apples, and beans are sensitive to Thiocyclam and should not be used. The insecticidal ring is highly effective against thrips, whitefly nymphs, and adults, and has some ovicidal effect with good rapid action. It should be noted that the insecticidal ring has low to moderate toxicity; therefore, appropriate crops and timing of application are crucial to maximize the product's value.
