In November 2022, China's pesticide price index will continue to fall. According to statistics from the China Pesticide Industry Association, the pesticide price index (CAPI) in November was 139.84, down 5.34% month-on-month and 13.79% year-on-year.
Judging from the performance of the three major categories of pesticide price indices, the price index of herbicides and insecticides has seen a wider decline, among which the price index of herbicides has dropped significantly by 6.98% month-on-month due to the drop in the transaction price of glyphosate.
From a year-on-year perspective, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides are all lower than the same period last year, mainly due to the increase in cost and price under the guidance of policies such as double control of energy consumption in the same period last year, and the price of pesticide products is running at a high level.
