Pesticide registration policy in Southeast Asia has changed again - Indonesia and Vietnam need to transport with real product names in the transportation link
The pesticide registration policy in Southeast Asia has changed again. Since the beginning of the year in Indonesia (Indonesia for short) and Vietnam, the Ministry of Pesticide and Agriculture has issued policies one after another. All registered samples need to have data at the customs. According to this article, the transportation company is required to provide a compliant solution. From the perspective of EHO, there are at least three items that need to be met.
1. The transportation of pesticide registration samples must be of real product name.
2. The sender information must be that of the customer.
3. Must be compliant.
Most of the pesticides are classified into categories 9 and 6.1, so it is a big challenge for general express delivery and transportation companies.
