The risks of chemical pesticides have prompted many governments to make a major shift toward biological alternatives, according to a recent report. While the global agricultural biotech market is expected to expand at a CAGR of over 13% through 2028, few biotech companies have been able to scale to meet demand. Over the past few years, Gvoco has expanded commercially in the United States, Brazil, India, Canada, Ukraine and other countries in Europe. According to the company, with the addition of operations in China, Argentina and South Africa, the company and its local partners can now provide farmers, including growers in four major agricultural markets, with the highest concentration of mycorrhizal inoculant products on the market.

Mr. Hanan Dor, Chief Commercial Officer of Gwoko said: " Farmers face growing environmental and financial pressures growing crops. As a leading supplier of mycorrhizal inoculants, Gwoko is committed to working with local dealers to provide natural solutions that are suitable for modern agricultural production methods and in line with global sustainable development goals. "

Gwoko in China is led by its Hainan office, where the company is completing local trials on corn, soybeans, wheat, cotton and specialty crops and is expected to provide Rootella products to Chinese farmers in 2024. According to Mr. Yang Shu, Gwoko's China manager, in view of the test results, the company has received strong interest from several local distributors and will sell the product in 2024.

In South Africa, the company is working with AGRivested to support local farmers. Gwoko also expects to reach a distribution agreement with an Argentinian company in 2024.

In addition, Dor also pointed out that the company has expanded production to provide support to large farmers as well as millions of small farmers. "With Queen of Biologicals™, farmers around the world can improve soils, sequester carbon and ensure sustainable high yields."
