Syngenta launches new formulation of Bacillus velaisi
Syngenta's new bionematicide and fungicide CERTANO (containing Bacillus Velez CNPSo 3602) was unveiled at the Brazilian exhibition recently. The product is a concentrated suspension and is recommended as a seed treatment agent. CERTANO has a variety of mechanisms of action. Brazil is the world's largest producer of sugarcane, and this product is the first "three-in-one" biological agent launched by Syngenta for sugarcane, which has nematodecidal, bactericidal and growth-promoting effects. The product works quickly, lasts for a long time, and has high efficacy consistency. It can be used in combination with other products to improve the yield and lifespan of sugarcane. Not long ago, Syngenta launched ARVATICO, another product containing Bacillus Veles in Brazil. In addition to being used as a nematicide, it can also prevent and control Fusarium wilt, anthracnose and rice sheath blight.
FMS Launches Fungicide Provilar
Fumeishi Company recently launched Provilar, a biofungicide in Brazil, formulated from Bacillus velei strain RTI301 and Bacillus subtilis strain RTI477. Provilar is an environmentally friendly solution to help combat leaf spot and white mold, its liquid formulation contains bacterial endospores and the metabolites they produce for the prevention and long-lasting management of foliar diseases. FMS said that when Provilar is used in combination with chemical pesticides, it will increase the effectiveness of chemical control because the Bacillus bacteria in the product help plants produce defensive compounds such as phytoalexins. Plant natural defenses activated by beneficial bacteria will increase plant resistance to systemic and persistent diseases.
Julixin Metarhizium anisopliae 421 Oil Suspension Concentrate "Disease Prevention" debuted
On July 23, Chongqing Julixin Bioengineering Co., Ltd., its core product Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspension concentrate (abbreviation: Metarhizium anisopliae 421 oil, pesticide registration number: PD20171744), successfully passed the pesticide inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China The first registration of cotton blight control obtained can be used in seed dressing. Previously, the product was registered for the control of 25 agricultural pests such as aphids and inchworm thrips. At present, Metarhizium anisopliae 421 has been approved by the state to expand registration to 20 crops, involving the application of rice, wheat, corn, vegetables, tea, fruits and other crops.
