Applications of Avithiazophosphon!

Root-knot nematodes are major underground pests of tomatoes, bananas, grapes, watermelons, cucumbers and other crops. Because root-knot nematodes mainly harm underground roots, they have no obvious symptoms in the early stages of occurrence and can easily be confused with nutrient deficiencies. Once obvious symptoms appear, prevention and treatment are very difficult. The harm caused by root-knot nematodes to plants is second only to fungi and greater than the harm caused by bacteria and viruses. There are many pesticides for controlling root-knot nematodes. Which one is the most reliable?

1. Introduction to pharmaceuticals

This agent is Abamectin. This agent is a compound of Abamectin and Thiazophos. Abamectin is a biogenic root-knot nematode control agent that has contact killing and stomach poisoning effects. It acts on the nervous system of pests to kill nematodes; thiazophosphonate is a contact and systemic conduction nematicide, which can hinder the activity of nematodes at a low dose and prevent nematodes from invading plant roots.

After the two are mixed, the co-toxicity coefficient reaches 216, which has an obvious synergistic effect. It has contact and stomach poisoning effects, good systemic absorption, and long lasting effect. It is currently the most economical and affordable nematicidal agent.

2. Main features

(1) Good quick-acting effect: Avi-thiazophosphonate has complementary advantages and acts on the nervous system of nematodes. Once the nematodes come into contact with the agent, they will be poisoned in 15 minutes and stop their activities and harm. It is currently the fastest agent to kill nematodes.

(2) Long duration of effect: Avitamin is relatively stable in the soil and can continuously kill root-knot nematodes in the soil. Thiazophosphonate has good systemic conductivity. After being absorbed by the crop roots, it can exist in the crop for a long time to achieve the purpose of continuous insecticide. Generally, the validity period can be about 4 months, and the longest can be 6 months.

(3) Good safety: Avi-thiazophosphonate is safe for crops and will not cause phytotoxicity. Abamectin is a macrolide insecticide with mainly contact and stomach poisoning effects. It is safe for crops when used at the recommended dosage. Thiazophosphon is also an efficient and low-toxic organophosphorus nematicide mainly used for systemic crops and is also very safe for crops.

(4) Low toxicity and low residue: Avithiazophosphonate is a compound of the biological agent avermectin and high-efficiency and low-toxicity organophosphorus pesticides. It has little pollution to soil and groundwater and has low toxicity to human and environmental organisms. It has little effect on beneficial microorganisms in the soil.

3. Main dosage forms

Currently, there are many registered manufacturers of avithiazophosphonate in my country, and there are also many product dosage forms. The main dosage forms are: 15%, 11%, 10.5%, 9%, 6%, 5%, 3% granules, 21%, 9 % water emulsion, 10% microemulsion.

4. How to use

(1) Soil treatment: On the day of sowing, transplanting, or planting of crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and watermelons, use 11% avid thiazolium phosphine granules 2-4 kg/mu, mix the granules with 15-20 kg fine soil or organic fertilizer, sprinkle, ditch, or hole, thoroughly mix the pesticides with the soil before sowing or transplanting the crops, and then water them.

(2) Root dipping treatment: On the day of planting or transplanting tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons, muskmelons, etc., dip the roots in 21% Avitamin thiazophosphonate water emulsion 750 times, then transplant and then cover with soil, which can better control the damage of root-knot nematodes.

(3) Root irrigation treatment: In the early stage of root knot nematode occurrence in crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, tobacco, grapes, bananas, watermelons, and cantaloupes, 500-1000 milliliters of 21% avi thiazolium phosphine water emulsion were mixed with 750 kilograms of water and stirred evenly before root irrigation. Each plant was irrigated with 200-300 milliliters of liquid, which can quickly control the harm of root knot nematodes.
