Flonicamid is designed to kill plant lice, thrips, aphids and other pests

Every year, aphids, thrips, planthoppers and other sucking pests enter their peak period of occurrence. These pests have the characteristics of fast reproduction, easy outbreak, and strong resistance to pesticides, and the rate of pesticide renewal is very fast. Today, I would like to recommend a pesticide called flonicamid for the prevention and control of stinging and sucking pests. This pesticide is another new type of insecticide launched after imidacloprid, imidacloprid, and imidacloprid.

1. Insecticidal mechanism

Flonicamid is a new type of low toxicity pyridinamide insect growth regulator insecticide. Aphids and other thrusting mouthpiece pests feed on and inhale plant sap containing flonicamide. After a few minutes, they are stopped from sucking, and the mouthpiece needle cannot penetrate plant tissue. Within one hour, there is no excrement, and they eventually die from hunger.

2. Main features

Flonicamid is a new type of pyridinamide insecticide that not only has contact killing and gastric toxic effects, but also has good neurotoxic effects, good osmotic effects, and rapid anti feeding effects.

It can quickly penetrate into the stem and leaves through absorption at the roots, playing a positive and negative role; After ingesting pesticides, pests are quickly stopped from sucking, causing the needle tissue of sucking pests such as aphids to be unable to penetrate plant tissue and die.

Moreover, flonicamide has no cross resistance to commonly used pesticides such as imidacloprid, imidacloprid, and pyrhizumab in production, resulting in excellent insecticidal effects.

3. Applicable crops

Flonicamid can be used for various crops such as apples, pears, peaches, plums, strawberries, cucumbers, cantaloupes, watermelons, gourds, cabbage, tomatoes, eggplants, chili peppers, potatoes, mustard, spinach, lettuce, legumes, celery, wheat, corn, cotton, citrus, sunflowers, tea, ornamental plants, etc.

4. Prevention and control targets

Mainly used for controlling various pests such as aphids, greenhouse whiteflies, tobacco whiteflies, tea leafhoppers, brown planthoppers, and various thrips.

5. Usage

(1) To control all kinds of aphids, 30~50g of 10% floricamid water dispersible granule and 30~50kg of water can be used every time at the initial stage of occurrence. In order to achieve the ideal control effect, it can be sprayed again 7 days later to effectively control the continued harm and spread of aphids. 50% fluridine · pymetrozine water dispersible granule can also be used for 15-20 g/mu, and spray after mixing with water, with better quick effect.

(2) To control rice planthoppers and brown planthoppers, drugs can be applied during the peak period of young nymphs of rice planthoppers. 70~90g of 53% fluridine isoprocarb wettable powder per mu per time, mixed with water and spray evenly and thoroughly, focusing on the middle and lower parts of rice and the front and back sides of leaves. The prevention and control effect is more prominent.

(3) To control thrips, apply the medicine at the initial stage of young nymphs of pests. After 4 p.m., use 7-8 grams of 50% fluridine · acetamiprid water dispersible granule per mu each time, and 30 kg of water to spray, which can quickly control the spread of thrips.
