Basic information
Main dosage forms: 10%, 20%, 40%, 50% SC, 10%, 15% EW, 25%, 30%, 50% WP, 40%, 50%, 80% WDG, 25% microemulsion.
Dimethomorph is a systemic fungicide with the activity of protecting and inhibiting spore germination, and works by destroying the formation of the cell wall of oomycetes. It works at all stages of the life cycle of oomycetes, and is particularly sensitive in the formation stage of sporangial stalks and oospores.
Dimethomorph has no cross-resistance with benzamide fungicides such as ridomycin, metalaxyl, and cymoxanil, and can quickly kill pathogens resistant to these fungicides to ensure the stable efficacy of the drug.
Targets of control
Potato late blight, grape downy mildew, tobacco black shank, pepper blight, cucumber downy mildew, melon downy mildew, cruciferous vegetable downy mildew, rice downy mildew, taro blight, etc.
Usage
(1) To control downy mildew of cucumber, etc., in the early stage of the disease, spray with 2500 times diluted 50% wettable powder, spray once every 7 to 10 days, and spray 4 times continuously to control the disease.
(2) To control tobacco black shank, in the early stage of the disease, use 50% wettable powder 30 to 40g/mu, add 40 to 50kg of water and spray,
(3) To control pepper blight, in the early stage of the disease, use 50% wettable powder 40 to 60g/mu, add 40 to 50kg of water and spray.
(4) To control tomato late blight, use 50% wettable powder 30 to 40g/mu, add 40 to 50kg of water and spray.
(5) To prevent and control grape downy mildew, spray with 50% wettable powder at 2000-3000 times dilution in the early stage of the disease.
Precautions
(1) When cucumbers, peppers, cruciferous vegetables, etc. are young, use low spray volume and dosage. Spray the leaves evenly.
(2) Wear protective clothing when applying the pesticide to avoid direct contact of the pesticide with various parts of the body.
(3) If the pesticide gets on the skin, rinse with soap and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse quickly with water. If ingested by mistake, do not induce vomiting and go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. There is no antidote for this drug, and symptomatic treatment is required.
(4) This drug should be stored in a cool, dry place away from feed and children.
