Under normal circumstances, if Imidacloprid is used for seed dressing, it can basically ensure that the entire growth period of the crop can reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases, especially for aphids, it can effectively control the appearance of aphids.

1. Wheat Aphids

(1) Before sowing, treat 10 kg of seeds with 60-70 g of imidacloprid suspension seed dressing agent (600 g/L).

(2) From the heading stage to the early grain-filling stage, spray evenly with 4-7 g of 70% imidacloprid water-dispersible granules per mu (667 square meters) diluted in 30-45 kg of water, repeating 1-2 times.

2. Fruit and Vegetable Pests

To control aphids, whiteflies, thrips, leaf miners, and other pests on cucumbers, eggplants, tomatoes, watermelons, and other fruit and vegetable crops, spray evenly with 12-16 g of 25% imidacloprid wettable powder per mu diluted in 45-60 kg of water at the early stage of pest infestation, repeating once every 15 days, for a total of 2 sprays.

3. Pests on Cruciferous Vegetables

To control pests such as aphids, leafhoppers, and whiteflies, apply 15-20 grams of 10% imidacloprid wettable powder per acre diluted in 30-45 kg of water as a uniform spray at the initial stage of infestation. Spray once every 15 days, for a total of 2 sprays.

4. Pests in Protected Cultivation Areas

To control pests such as whiteflies and leaf miners on vegetables in protected cultivation areas, apply 6-8 grams of 70% imidacloprid water-dispersible granules per acre diluted in 45-60 kg of water as a uniform spray at the initial stage of infestation. Spray once every 10-15 days, for a total of 2-3 sprays.

5. Tea Tree Green Leafhopper

At the initial stage of infestation (or when the number of insects begins to increase rapidly), spray evenly with a 3000-4000 times dilution of 25% imidacloprid wettable powder, or a 600-800 times dilution of 5% imidacloprid emulsifiable concentrate, or a 1200-1500 times dilution of 10% imidacloprid wettable powder, or a 4000-6000 times dilution of 350 g/L imidacloprid suspension concentrate, or a 2500-3000 times dilution of 200 g/L imidacloprid soluble concentrate, or a 6000-8000 times dilution of 50% imidacloprid wettable powder. Spray once every 10-15 days, for 2-3 consecutive applications.
