A Dutch Customer Ordered 50L 480g/L SC Bifenazate.

Bifenazate is a highly effective and selective foliar acaricide. Its core feature is its outstanding control over all life stages of mites (eggs, larvae, nymphs, and adults), combining ovicidal activity with rapid knockdown effects. After contact, mites quickly stop feeding and laying eggs, and die within 48 to 72 hours. It functions as a neuro-transmission inhibitor, acting by interfering with the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors in the central nervous system of mites. Bifenazate shows no cross-resistance with current mainstream acaricides, making it an important tool for resistance management. Although it is not systemic, it exhibits good penetration and rainfastness, with a residual effect lasting more than 14 days. It is safe for crops and shows low toxicity to beneficial organisms such as predatory mites, bees, and birds, making it highly suitable for integrated pest management.

Application Method

1. For the control of spider mites on citrus trees, as well as spider mites, rust mites, and red spider mite on orange and grapefruit trees, spray with a 1800-2500 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension; for the control of two-spotted spider mites and spider mites on apple and pear trees, spray with a 2000-4000 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension; for the control of spider mites on papaya trees, spray with a 2000-3000 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension.

2. To control strawberry two-spotted spider mites and spider mites, spray with a 2500-4000 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension; to control two-spotted spider mites and spider mites on watermelons and cantaloupes, spray with an 1800-2500 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension; to control pepper yellow mites and spider mites, spray with a 2000-3000 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension; to control eggplant two-spotted spider mites and carmine spider mites, spray with an 1800-2500 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension; and to control spider mites and yellow mites on flowers, spray with a 2000-3000 times dilution of 43% bifenazate suspension.

3. In application, bifenazate is often mixed with acaricides such as etoxazole, spirodiclofen, and hexythiazox, or their mixtures are used to improve speed of action, slow down resistance development, and enhance control efficacy.
