Agrochemical.com Chinese website reported: UPL Sustainable Agriculture Solutions (SAS) is UPL's agricultural technology integration platform. UPL SAS recently announced the launch of a new insecticide Argyle (25% acetamiprid + 25% bifenthrin), which is a cost-effective and sustainable innovative solution that can be applied to soybean and cotton crops.
Argyle is an environmentally friendly wettable granule (WG) formulation combining 25% acetamiprid and 25% bifenthrin. The product dissolves quickly in water for improved foliar coverage and effectiveness. With lower dosage per acre requirements, Argyle is a cost-effective solution that promotes sustainable agricultural practices. WG formulations are easy to handle, eliminating the risk of spillage, drift or dust formation during application, thus ensuring cleaner air and better soil conditions. Safety for the environment and the applicator is what differentiates it from other cost-competitive solutions.
Argyle's eco-friendly product is effective against a wide range of pests, including whiteflies, aphids, leafhoppers, pseudo-inchworms and bunch beetles. At the same time, Argyle's dual mode of action helps prevent the development of resistance in pests, ensuring the long-term sustainability of pest management practices and will minimize the need for additional applications.
It is recommended to apply Argyle 40-45 days after sowing of cotton and 20-25 days after sowing of soybeans in the Kharif growing season to obtain the best application effect.

Ashish Dobhal, Chief Executive Officer, UPL SAS, said: "We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to farmers. With the launch of Argyle, we will not only meet farmers' pest control needs, but also enable them to adopt an environmentally responsible approach, ultimately increasing yields and profitability."
