India Insecticides Launches Patented Insecticide TURNER (thiamethoxam + Bifenthrin)

Recently, India Insecticides (IIL) launched a new generation of patented insecticide product TURNER (thiamethoxam 0.4% + bifenthrin 0.8% GB), aiming to provide local growers with an effective new option for white grub and termite control .

Turner is an innovative broad-spectrum insecticide with two active ingredients: thiamethoxam and bifenthrin, which can protect crops from white grubs and termites. This product is a long-lasting solution with triple effects of contact killing, gastric poisoning and repellent.

India Insecticides (IIL) said the company is committed to introducing the latest global technologies and launching novel and sustainable solutions. Turner is a breakthrough technology that promises a leap forward in pest management. The company believes that Turner will help farmers achieve higher yields through excellent control effects.

Bifenthrin and thiamethoxam are the mainstream compound products among current insecticides, which combine the broad-spectrum quick-acting properties of pyrethroids with the high-efficiency and long-lasting properties of neonicotinoids. Bifenthrin belongs to the sodium ion channel modulator class 3A and is a nerve agent that damages axonal ion channels and affects nerve function. Thiamethoxam belongs to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist class 4A and mainly acts on the post-conjunctional membrane of insect nerves. By binding to acetylcholine receptors, it interferes with the normal conduction of the insect nervous system, causing blockage of nerve channels and causing a large accumulation of acetylcholine, causing the insect to be abnormally excited, convulsed throughout the body, and paralyzed to death.
