Bifenthrin belongs to the sodium ion channel modulator class 3A and is a nerve agent that damages axonal ion channels and affects nerve function. Thiamethoxam belongs to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist class 4A and mainly acts on the post-conjunctional membrane of insect nerves.
